Below is a sample schedule of the weekend but each participant will receive email correspondence two weeks prior to the event with exact details for each location.
Friday (or day before the camp if it's a mid-week camp) 5:30pm-7:00pm Happy Hour & Pre-Registration - meet & greet with coaches, nameplate making social hour to get the mood going for a great, non-intimidating weekend of bonding on bikes! Day 1 9:00am-9:30am Registration with morning coffee & more nameplate making & easing of nerves because this is fun! SUPER FUN! If you pre-registered on Friday at the Meet & Greet, feel free to arrive at 9:15am. 9:30am-9:45am Welcome with Lindsey Richter, coaches introduction, divide into groups, ready, set, GO PLAY ON BIKES! 9:45am-12:30pm Skills, drills, thrills and shred time 12:30pm-1:00pm Lunch - Yummy, healthy, hearty 1:15pm-4:15pm Ride to trails: Learn, shred, smile, laugh, encourage, cheer & have a blast on bikes with a bunch of rad ladies! 4:30pm-5:30pm Optional Education Stations (more good bonding time with rad ladies!) - Tire changing, rears are so hard!! - Chain-breaking & single-speed making - Nutrition - pre, post and during rides. Sugars, salts, proteins oh my! - How to be ride ready every time - what to carry, how to use it, emergency scenarios. Even a CAMELBAK can save your life! - Body positioning slideshow with Lindsey Day 2 9:00am-9:30am Coffee, optional stretching/yoga & prepare for another fun day! 9:30am-12:00pm Skills, drills, thrills and shred time 12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch, rest, refresh. Raffle Time! Get rad stuff from awesome companies! 1:00pm-4:00pm Ride to trails: Ride, learn, jump, jib, play, smile, cheer, encourage, celebrate! 4:00pm-4:15pm Wrap-up, hugs, goodbyes. Exchange contact info with new friends and ride again! Witness the community of female riders grow!!
