Fly with your bike! The best airlines that consider bikes part of your normal checked luggage allowance are: Alaska Airlines, Delta, and United. Be sure to read the airlines details on this as your bag often needs to be 50lbs or under.
Don’t want to fly with you bike? Bikes may be rented for an additional charge. Limited availability and size range. Please reserve early.
If you travel with your bike, please be prepared to assemble your own bike. There will be coaches and ranch staff to lend a hand or answer a question, but the assembly will be your responsibility. It will also be your responsibility to breakdown your bike at the end of the retreat.
