Want to volunteer at a Ladies AllRide event?

what do volunteers do?

Volunteers help with anything from assigning demo equipment to participants like pads and shoes, to setting up tents and tables, to assisting coaches while they teach. It depends on the needs of the camp, but volunteers are definitely utilized all day.

what to expect as a volunteer

A really fun time! For experienced riders who are interested in becoming a coach this is also a  great way to learn coaching skills from our top-notch coaches. As a volunteer you will receive lunch, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, an awesome goody bag loaded with swag and discount codes to purchase sponsor products!

volunteer time commitment

Signature Two-Day Camp

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Both days of camp

One-day Downhill Camp

8:00 AM - 5:30 pm

Half-day Mini Camp

12:00 PM - 6:00 pm

We prefer to have our volunteers commit for an entire camp or a full day. This way the participants get to know you and feel comfortable with you as a helper. That said, we do need a few volunteers for shorter tasks like shuttling, lunch pickup, and setup, etc, so let us know what works for you. As a bonus, you will learn a ton too!

please note

We do not guarantee that everyone who applies to be a volunteer will be accepted.

Volunteering is fun and rewarding but signing up as a volunteer is not meant as a replacement for registering as a participant for a Ladies AllRide Camp. They are two very different experiences. If your top priority is to improve your mountain bike skills under the instruction of a professional coach in a group of ladies with similar skill levels, be sure to sign up as a participant!

We will notify you at least 6 weeks prior to the event if you are chosen as a volunteer so you may plan accordingly.
We cannot possibly do these camps without volunteers, so thank you in advance for helping us inspire ladies to love mountain biking like we do!
